Set three goals or priorities each day
Don’t add any other items to the list until you complete those top three. Make sure you celebrate your achievements at the end of each day and reward yourself!
Limit your time on email
Schedule times to review your inbox – it can consume you if you check constantly. Don’t make it the first thing you do each morning. Instead of jumping right on the computer – read, meditate, enjoy time with loved ones, walk or just bask in the fact you have beat the need to check as soon as you wake up!
Review newsletters, ezines, RSS feeds
Keep the top three to five and unsubscribe from the rest. Set up a READ folder and schedule time to review them.
