Jason Wilkins, seemingly mild mannered Social Media Manager for DemGen, but check it out! He has flown 110 feet up to create a 30 x 36 foot mural on 2 sides of a water tank near Georgian Bay ON. But I am going to let you all in on a little secret…when I was approached to undertake this very large project, I underestimated how big it was actually going to be and how high I would actually have to go up to tackle it. I am NOT good with heights to begin with but have always been one to move out of my comfort zone whenever possible in order to let in new people and experiences. We are more than half way through the project and travelling 110 feet up no longer scares me as much as it did 2 weeks ago (except when the wind picks up).
The moral of this story, don’t get too comfortable with your day to day life. We are only on this earth for so long, experience new things as often as possible, and challenge yourself..open your mind. So no more excuses! Wether you have always wanted to bungy jump or become your own boss, TAKE THE LEAP! The payoff will inspire incredible positive change in your life.
